What is your return policy?
We offer a no-questions-asked return policy. Please note that merchandise is eligible for a refund only if it is unused, with all original tags intact. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and successfully passes our quality inspection.
Return window details:
Return can be done within 14 days of delivery. The refund will be processed according to original mode of payment as per details given below. The product(s) should be purchased only from www.bodycareapparels.com and not from any other online or offline retailer.
- Product should be unused and unwashed
- There should be no marks, holes, stitches or stains on it
- All tags and original packaging items should be kept intact
- Product should be returned in sellable conditions
Your return request will be further handled by our Quality Check Team's standards.
- Card/ Wallet/ UPI/ Net Banking: Directly credited to the original source of payment
- Cash on delivery: Refund will be initiated once we receive the bank account details from the customer
- Loyalty Points refund will be made in the loyalty account

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of innerwear items like panties, bloomers and briefs etc. All innerwear , personalised items and/or any products with a broken seal. Some of the items may have their own terms and conditions which will be product specific.
